| Returns & Refund Policy
| You may return products (except non-returnable items) sold by uttoys.com no more than 7 days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval of us.

Non-returnable items
A.Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
B.Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
C.Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
D.Any discount, clearance or sales product that has already stated non-returnable.
E.Any free gift product and samples.
F.In the event of dispute, uttoys.com decision shall be final and conclusive.

Return procedures
A. Click Contact us and write down the related order number, purchase date and reason.
B. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.
C. Send the returning items by mail to : Unit 9, 8/F, 2 Wang Tung Street, Po Hong Centre. Kowloon Bay. Hong Kong.
D. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

Shipping Methods
A. For orders in Hong Kong, we will use local courier service as our delivery company, each package we will charge for HKD30. The delivery time from 2-4 days start from the order has been confirmed by e-mail.
B. For overseas order, we will send the courier charge to the client by e-mail. The delivery time depend on the courier company.
